Rosink GmbH + Co. Maschinenfabrik
I can always reach Mr Lauer. He is directly approachable for me and makes sure that I get my answer quickly. This is a decisive advantage during the construction phase.
Michael Wiese,
Development and construction, Rosink GmbH + Co. Maschinenfabrik
Maschinenfabrik Rosink in Nordhorn, Lower Saxony, has been offering highly specialized plants and services for spinning mills and the textile processing industry since 1947. Since then, more than 35,000 machines have been delivered to customers all over the world. The development of high-performance can coilers, can changers and service machines continues to be one of the company’s main pillars. Especially in the hygiene and textile sector, these machines perform tasks that ensure a smoothly running production.
Michael Wiese: “During the workshop, Mr. Lauer familiarized us with the basic knowledge of the new machinery directive and risk assessments. In doing so, he specifically geared his training to our machines. We were therefore able to discuss our questions directly with him using concrete machines that we know and did not remain in theory. This has helped us all. We are now in a position to deal with simpler questions relating to risk analysis ourselves.
In the case of topics with a high risk potential, we always bring in Mr. Lauer. We work for major companies with their own security departments who want to know exactly what our security concept looks like before placing an order. Mr. Lauer and his team make sure that we do not omit an answer.
For training, as a consultant and as an external service provider in a sensitive special field, we at Rosink can really recommend Mr. Lauer and his team. The cooperation is absolutely uncomplicated and completely focused on us as customers. The results fully meet our high expectations. Because it works so well, we will continue the cooperation in the future”.
Since 2012 Michael Wiese has been with the company and is responsible for the development and design of can coilers and service machines. From the very beginning, he has worked closely with Lauer CE-Safety GmbH on risk assessments. Together with colleagues from various teams, he also benefited from an in-house training on risk analysis.
