Lauer CE-Safety promotes machine safety: Successful workshop at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences

In May, Christoph Vrenegor, expert in CE marking and machine safety and site manager at Lauer CE-Safety, gave an informative lecture at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences, Department of Mechanical Engineering. This workshop aimed to provide students with practical insights and in-depth knowledge in the field of machine safety.

Practical workshop for prospective engineers

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Bühren, professor of the master's degree course in mechanical engineering with a specialization in robotics, praised the commitment of Lauer CE-Safety: "I have just completed the module 'Machine Safety, Law and Documentation' (MRD) with the students on the master's degree course in mechanical engineering with a specialization in robotics."
After the workshop, he expressed his sincere thanks: "Your presentation and the discussion really enriched the module. The students' understanding of 'Why all this?' was sharpened once again and that is also an important prerequisite for successfully dealing with the topic."

Looking to the future

This workshop by Lauer CE-Safety at Westfälische Hochschule is a further step towards promoting machine safety in academia. Both parties are looking forward to future joint projects and to further deepening and disseminating knowledge and practice in the field of machine safety.

Stay tuned for more exciting developments and future workshops!
